Privacy Policy
How Allure Sports Group collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Last updated 17 October 2026
Who we are
Allure Sports Group is a football agency representing players. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you get in touch through our website or by email, we collect the details you choose to share with us. This is usually your name, email address, whether you are a player, parent, club or other, your club and position or organisation, and the content of your message.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Players under 18
If an enquiry concerns a player under 18, we ask that it comes from, or is made with the knowledge of, a parent or guardian. We will involve the parent or guardian in any conversation about representation.
Sharing your information
We only share your information with others, such as clubs, when you have asked us to or agreed to it. We may also use trusted services, such as our email provider, to store and manage messages on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any ongoing relationship, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of these, email us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
